Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Valtero (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

Valtero is a multi-currency personal expense and income tracker for Linux, Windows, and Android. It is provided for personal use. Features may change over time as the App is updated.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Optional third-party services

Optional integrations (such as Google Drive Sync, Telegram export, or exchange-rate APIs) are provided for your convenience. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. The developer of Valtero is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data handling by those services.

4. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that data will never be lost.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and uninstall it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its security, or use it to violate others’ rights or applicable law.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date below will change when they do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be noted in the App’s changelog or project repository when practical.
